Qualifications Two plus years of working experience as an office manager or administrative assistant at a construction related company. Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines Experience providing support to construction estimating teams Comfortable making and answering client, subcontractor and vendor phone calls Strong customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask with attention to detail Dependable and punctual Experience working on cross functional teams Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word Strong self-motivation Responsibilities Perform day-to-day office management tasks and administrative support including but not limited to answering and screening inbound calls, scheduling meetings and supporting management and estimating teams Greet and assist visitors and guests Troubleshoot IT issues and provide support when needed Support various facets of document control and administrative duties Provide support to the estimating team on bid/proposal preparation and tracking Create correspondence, make copies, handle shipping and receiving, order office supplies, etc. Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer
