This role is essential in keeping our workspace running smoothly, efficiently, and at a standard that reflects our brand. We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership of their environment—someone who ensures everything is in its place, fully stocked, and operating seamlessly. This is the person who keeps the office together.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain overall office organization, cleanliness, and functionality Ensure all office supplies are consistently stocked (snacks, paper towels, restroom supplies, etc.) Keep common areas, kitchen, and workspaces clean, presentable, and well-maintained Manage and organize physical paperwork, including filing and document upkeep Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist with basic administrative tasks and internal coordination Monitor office needs and proactively address issues before they arise Support team members by maintaining a well-run and efficient work environment
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative or office management role preferred Strong organizational and filing skills Ability to multitask and stay ahead of day-to-day operational needs Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone Detail-oriented with a high standard for cleanliness and organization Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction Reliable, punctual, and consistent
