Our board‑certified providers deliver innovative, minimally invasive treatments using an outcomes‑driven, patient‑centered model. ASAP is proud to be the first interventional pain management group in Arizona to integrate behavioral health services into its clinics. Job Summary The Medical Office Manager / Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supervising front and back office staff, supporting revenue‑cycle functions, and ensuring excellent patient flow and customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily medical clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling Lead front and back office teams; serve as primary staff contact Conduct daily staff huddles and regular team meetings Provide coaching through routine 1:1s, staff evaluations, and corrective actions Oversee time and attendance and support performance management Ensure accurate patient check‑in/out, patient flow, and clinic efficiency Support revenue‑cycle functions including copay collection, past‑due balances, and deposit reconciliation Perform daily and weekly audits related to collections and charge denials Ensure accurate insurance verification and patient demographic entry Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory of medical supplies, medications, DME, and office supplies Support onboarding, training, and ongoing competency monitoring of clinic staff Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally Collaborate with providers and leadership to support high‑quality patient care Assist with clinic audits and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED (required) Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical clinic or healthcare office Prior supervisory or clinic leadership experience preferred Skills & Knowledge Medical office management and healthcare operations experience Knowledge of medical insurance and eligibility verification Experience with EMR and practice management systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment Customer service and problem‑resolution skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Time Seven Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan This is a hands‑on healthcare leadership role for a Clinic Manager who thrives in operations, staff support, and patient experience.
