Job Description

We are a busy and growing law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services and outstanding client care. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional to serve as the primary support person to our Office Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in helping an office operate efficiently. Position Summary The Office Manager Support Specialist will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Office Manager. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related needs. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation. Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks. Coordinate firm events, staff meetings, and office communications. Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors when appropriate. Help ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative, office support, or law firm experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
