Job Description

Company Overview General Procurement Inc. has been an established technology distribution company since 1991, with operations based in Southern California and partnerships across North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition to our core business operations, our company also manages internal real estate administrative functions that support property coordination, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with real estate administrative experience to support operations across the company. This role includes office coordination and administrative support for the company's real estate operations, along with other day-to-day responsibilities. Qualifications Prior experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Experience handling confidential employee and business information Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork and data entry Real estate administrative experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and follow-up abilities Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support Process and oversee payroll for approximately 35 employees (semi-monthly) Assist HR as needed Coordinate real estate office tasks, including scheduling, follow-ups, and general office coordination (not sales or transactions) Handle property-related documentation, filings, and tax paperwork as needed Organize and maintain contracts, files, and business records Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks Ideal Candidate Someone dependable, organized, and proactive Able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable working across office, and real estate administrative tasks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Professional, positive attitude
Pay:
$27.00 per hour
