Duties Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Conduct detailed client consultations to assess individual needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations. Manage patient records accurately using salon software such as Millennium or

for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up care. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment for all procedures. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client questions, upselling skincare products or treatment packages, and creating a positive experience from start to finish. Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, makeup application techniques, and post-treatment care. Collaborate with management on social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos (with client consent), engaging with followers, and promoting services through various platforms. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to hair styling, nail care, tattooing, scalp treatments like hair extensions or color theory applications, and other cosmetic procedures. Qualifications Valid nursing license with experience in medical aesthetics or med spa environments preferred. Proven expertise in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers; additional skills in laser treatments or dermabrasion are a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within aesthetic settings. Experience with salon software such as Millennium or

for appointment management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions. Demonstrated customer service skills that foster trust and loyalty among clients. Ability to perform multiple treatments including hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care or tattooing is advantageous but not required. Management skills for overseeing daily operations at the front desk or assisting team members when needed. Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques such as esthetic laser treatments or deep tissue massage therapies.
