Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette. Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and other office management tools; maintain and organized filing systems both digitally and physically. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, preparing reports, and managing correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism. Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and maintenance to keep the workspace fully functional. Provide administrative support including personal assistance tasks, calendar updates, document proofreading, and client communication to enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in office or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and handling customer support or front desk responsibilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
