If you're someone who likes staying busy, being part of a positive team, and wearing multiple hats — this could be a great fit. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with bonus incentives available based on performance, reliability, and overall contribution. What You'll Be Doing Answering customer support calls professionally and warmly Managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files Copying, scanning, tracking, and maintaining office records Working inside HubSpot CRM to keep client information organized Using Excel spreadsheets for tracking, organization, and reporting Assisting with general office organization and daily operations Making occasional office runs (FedEx, mail drops, coffee runs, supply pickups) Supporting the team wherever needed to keep things flowing smoothly What We're Looking For Positive attitude, strong energy, and team mentality Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment Good phone presence and customer service skills Experience with HubSpot, Excel, or CRM systems is a plus Reliable transportation for office errands Self-motivated and able to work independently (contractor role) Why This Role Is Great Startup environment with room to grow Supportive team and positive culture Performance-based bonuses and incentives Flexible contractor structure Opportunity to be part of a growing business If you're organized, upbeat, and ready to jump into a dynamic office environment — we'd love to connect.
