We are currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator at our Fontana, CA facility area.
POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee daily administrative operations and tasks to support all departments as needed, ensuring a productive work environment by managing staff, supplies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and reviews, evaluates, and implements new procedures Knowledge of HR practices and accounting procedures Production posting, invoicing, PO requisitions, receiving, and accounts payable duties Assisting with budgeting, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and bookkeeping tasks Month end closeout (inventory) Assisting HR with onboarding Organizing offsite corporate events Manage office supplies and equipment Provide administrative support to management and other staff Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, forms, and presentations Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients Ensure data integrity and confidentiality Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Back up account coordinators as needed with order entry and expediting Demonstrating effective customer-service-oriented performance by courteously, efficiently, and professionally performing assigned job functions Performing all duties in accordance with GNC service, quality, and efficiency standards Answer the telephone and direct calls promptly to the appropriate individual or department Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and walk-in customers, ensuring we have proper documentation signed and they receive prompt assistance Other duties as needed The Benefits of Great Northern Competitive 401K with company match and a historically generous profit-sharing retirement savings contribution 9 paid holidays/year Medical plan options are available to provide flexibility in choosing the one that best suits your individual and family needs Dental and vision insurance available Company provided life insurance Opportunity to purchase additional life insurance Opportunities to advance your career and compensation level Health/fitness reimbursement Opportunities for Growth You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
