ABOUT US
We are a growing residential design-build and remodeling company specializing in high-end renovations, additions, ADUs, kitchens, bathrooms, and custom homes throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a professional, organized, and motivated Office Administrator to help support daily operations and client communication. We are seeking a reliable candidate who is fluent in English and experienced in administrative work Duties Schedule city and county inspections Coordinate appointments, meetings, and project calendars Read, organize, and respond to emails professionally Perform light bookkeeping and invoice tracking Manage company social media accounts and posting Assist with office organization and daily administrative tasks Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Prepare documents, proposals, and spreadsheets Maintain digital files and project records Support management with miscellaneous office tasks Skills Fluent in English (written and verbal) Previous administrative experience required Experience in consulting, construction, or related industries preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional phone and email etiquette Willingness to learn and grow with the company Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
