A growing litigation and trial firm is seeking an experienced Law Firm Office Administrator to oversee administrative operations, HR coordination, compliance management, and office leadership within its Beverly Hills office. This Law Firm Office Administrator role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized operations professional with prior law firm management experience and the ability to support a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment. The Law Firm Office Administrator will work closely with firm leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while supporting employee relations, vendor management, office administration, and strategic operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and experience managing multiple operational priorities within a litigation-focused legal environment. This is a fully onsite position based in Beverly Hills. Law Firm Office Administrator Responsibilities Human Resources and Staff Management Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Serve as a primary point of contact for HR, benefits, and employee relations matters Support administrative staff management and workflow coordination Assist with delegation of administrative responsibilities across departments Foster a professional, collaborative, and organized office environment Operations and Compliance Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Maintain corporate registrations and compliance requirements across multiple states Ensure operational procedures align with firm policies and business needs Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and administrative support for firm leadership as needed Maintain organized personnel, operational, and administrative records Financial and Vendor Management Manage administrative invoices and coordinate with accounting regarding payments and approvals Track office supply inventory and oversee office equipment management Coordinate vendor relationships and service providers Assist with reporting, presentations, and operational documentation as requested Support office budgeting and administrative expense management Strategic Operations and Firm Initiatives Support office expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projects Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and process improvement Coordinate internal communications, office events, and culture-related initiatives Collaborate closely with firm leadership regarding operational planning and firm administration Qualifications Prior office administrator experience within a law firm required Litigation firm experience strongly preferred Strong organizational, leadership, and operational management skills Experience managing administrative staff and vendor relationships Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office budgeting processes Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively with attorneys, executives, and professional staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required Familiarity with legal software systems preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred Compensation and Work Environment Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience Full-time, fully onsite position in Beverly Hills Opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing litigation firm Collaborative and fast-paced professional environment This Law Firm Office Administrator opportunity offers the chance to oversee critical operational functions while helping support the continued growth and success of a dynamic litigation practice.Similar remote jobs
