About the
Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will handle administrative operations, support cross-functional teams, and help facilitate communication between our U.S. team and headquarters in China. Administrative & Office Operations:
Oversee daily office procedures, supply procurement, and vendor management Maintain company documents including policies, employee handbooks, and operational guidelines Ensure compliance with internal policies and security protocols Work with IT to keep office equipment and systems functioning properlyFinancial & Compliance Support:
Review monthly financial closing statements and reports Support office budget management and basic financial reporting Process and coordinate responses to local/regional legal noticesPeople & Performance Support:
Assist with personnel procedures including interviewing, onboarding and recordkeeping Support department leaders in setting KPIs and collecting performance data Supervise sales team performance and provide regular updates to headquarters in China Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management to support business needsCross-Functional & Strategic Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external partner companies Facilitate communication between U.S. and China teams, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and executed Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities and follow through on assigned projects Assist with trade show and exhibition preparation (logistics and operational support) Step in to support Sales, business development and Customer Service teams as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and basic office management software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure High level of discretion and professionalism Willingness to respond to urgent matters outside of regular hours when neededPreferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting sales or customer service teams Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management tools Experience working with cross-border teams (especially China/U.S.) Basic financial literacy and experience reviewing reportsPay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
