This pivotal role involves overseeing guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. We are seeking a proactive, multilingual professional with hotel management experience who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front office staff to provide outstanding guest experiences through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage hospitality reservation systems such as PEP or similar property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency Handle guest relations issues promptly, resolving problems with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance at the end of each shift Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively, maintaining safety protocols for staff and guests at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations and guest comfort Skills Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk supervision Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as PEP and property management systems (PMS) Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Excellent phone communication skills coupled with proper phone etiquette in a hospitality setting Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort-specific guest services Ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
