Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution. Manage office operations efficiently by overseeing supplies, filing systems, front desk duties, and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace. Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks, including data entry, invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities. Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents for accuracy, and transcribing meeting notes as needed. Facilitate communication across departments through effective email management, document proofreading, and maintaining clear records using Office Suite tools like Microsoft Word and Excel. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office correspondence to uphold organizational standards. Utilize office management software like DocuSign for document signing processes and ensure all administrative procedures adhere to company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in an executive assistant or office management role with strong administrative support skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and basic financial recordkeeping. Excellent typing speed along with transcription and proofreading abilities to produce accurate documents swiftly. Strong phone etiquette skills coupled with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability in event planning, project coordination, and general office management functions.
