Position Summary The Practice Manager / Office Manager runs day-to-day operations at our Costa Mesa location and co-owns clinic performance alongside the Clinic Director. You are the operational engine behind the member experience, team performance, and clinic growth. You bring solutions, accountability, organization, and follow-through. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing operations, people leadership, patient experience, and business performance. What You'll DoOperations & Clinic Management Open and close the clinic and oversee daily operations Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front desk efficiency Maintain organized, welcoming, family-friendly spaces Manage patient records using ChiroHD and Cash Practice systems Coordinate intake, onboarding, and new patient workflows Track collections, retention, conversion, and clinic KPIs Build systems that improve consistency and efficiency Member Experience & Growth Answer phones and respond quickly to new leads Walk members through care plans and financial options Resolve billing questions and member concerns Drive reviews, referrals, and member retention Fill cancellations and optimize provider schedules Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for families Team Leadership & Support Create and manage team schedules Coach staff and maintain Verve standards Support onboarding and training of new hires Help providers stay on schedule and maintain clinic flow Foster accountability and strong communication Marketing & Community Engagement Support marketing initiatives and local events Create social media content with the team Build referral partnerships and community connections Participate in networking and outreach opportunities Financial & Inventory Management Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering Support budgeting, payments, refunds, and collections Identify process improvements and growth opportunities Monitor operational and financial performance Qualifications Required:
