Job Description
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Manage daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner Maintain employee records and confidential documentation Schedule meetings and assist with internal communications Payroll & HR Support Assist with timekeeping, payroll preparation, and tracking time adjustments Maintain employee onboarding paperwork and compliance documents Track training certifications and renewal deadlines Support management with hiring and scheduling coordination Accounting & Financial Tasks Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports Reconcile receipts and assist with bookkeeping tasks Track inventory invoices and maintain vendor records Support monthly financial reporting preparation Compliance & Reporting Ensure required labor law postings and certifications are up to date Maintain health, safety, and training documentation Assist with audits and regulatory compliance Vendor & Supply Management Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, billing discrepancies, and order confirmations Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed More detail about Bianca
