full-time Cadence is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to own the day-to-day management of the Cadence Performance Center (CPC), our Marina del Rey headquarters. You'll make sure CPC is organized, well maintained, fully stocked, and ready to support our team, partners, meetings, content shoots, training sessions, and events. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a great workplace, notices what needs attention before being asked, and is comfortable managing the many moving pieces of a fast-paced, growing company. What You'll Own Office & HQ Management Keep our offices, meeting spaces, common areas, bathrooms, gym, and amenities organized, functional, and presentation-ready. Manage office and kitchen supplies, water and beverages, our coffee setup, Cadence product inventory, storage, keys, and building access. Coordinate incoming packages and larger deliveries, and ensure essentials are reordered before they run out. Vendors & Maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaners, building management, maintenance providers, internet and security providers, and other vendors supporting CPC. Manage cleaning schedules, coordinate service appointments and vendor access, and stay ahead of general maintenance and repairs. Events & Activations Help prepare CPC for meetings, partner visits, content shoots, training sessions, brand activations, and events. Coordinate space setup, supplies, Cadence product, food and beverage, parking, and other on-site needs. Provide support as needed and ensure the space is reset afterward. Visitors & Access Coordinate building access, arrival details, parking information, and required documentation for employees, partners, contractors, vendors, and guests. Help ensure required waivers, NDAs, releases, and other documentation are completed and appropriately maintained. Purchasing & Budget Support Partner with Finance and Operations on day-to-day CPC spending, including obtaining quotes, making approved purchases, organizing receipts and invoices, tracking recurring expenses, and flagging unexpected costs. Technology & Meeting Spaces Keep meeting spaces ready for use, and ensure TVs, Wi-Fi, iPads, and AV equipment are functioning. Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate additional support when needed. Day-to-Day Problem Solving Be the go-to person when something at CPC needs attention. Whether it's a missed delivery, a maintenance issue, a vendor no-show, missing supplies, or a last-minute request, take ownership and see it through.
