A fast-growing, SEC-registered investment manager at the intersection of sustainability and financial innovation is seeking a sharp, organized Office Manager to help keep their SF headquarters running seamlessly. The team has deployed over $2B in assets into clean energy infrastructure, and its principals helped build some of the most recognized names in American solar. What the role owns:

? Keeping office operations smooth - mail, supplies, facilities, and building communications ? Supporting the executive team with T&E reimbursements and client meeting prep ? Coordinating team events that reinforce a culture they're genuinely proud of ? Serving as the connective tissue between internal teams on time-sensitive deliverables The ideal candidate: ? Has 1-3 years of office management or executive assistant experience ? Holds a Bachelor's degree ? Is proficient in MS Office with exceptional written and verbal communication skills ? Sweats the details without being asked and takes ownership without needing a roadmap ?
