What You'll Do Lead daily business office operations for a 239-bed skilled nursing facility Supervise and support two Business Office Assistants Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and resident accounts Manage Medicare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, managed care, and private-pay billing Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Oversee payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, and financial records Ensure accurate billing, payments, adjustments, and reconciliations Work with residents and families regarding financial accounts and billing questions Partner with facility leadership and corporate support teams Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies Support audits and ensure accurate business office documentation Identify opportunities to improve collections and business office processes
