Job Description

Are you an organized, energetic people-person who loves helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment? PCH Chiropractic is a family-oriented, award-winning chiropractic office dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve better health naturally. We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is excited to become an integral part of our team and eventually grow into an Office Manager position. This is much more than a traditional receptionist role. We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, loves organization, and can confidently juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude. Our office consists of two doctors and a small, close-knit team. We pride ourselves on creating a positive, healthy work environment where patients feel like family and team members genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. Position Overview Initially, this role will focus on front desk operations and patient experience. Over the next 6-12 months, the successful candidate will receive training and mentorship to gradually assume many of the responsibilities currently handled by our Office Manager. This position is ideal for someone looking for a long-term career opportunity rather than simply a job. ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Experience Welcome and greet patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions Manage appointment scheduling and doctor calendars Help maintain smooth patient flow between doctors, traction, and therapy stations Check patients in and out efficiently Create a positive and welcoming office atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Administrative & Office Support Follow up with new patient inquiries and marketing leads Assist with office projects and administrative tasks Manage patient communications and reminders Help coordinate office systems and procedures Support the doctors and team with day-to-day operations Learn and gradually assume office management responsibilities Leadership Growth Opportunity Over time, this position will transition into assisting with: Team coordination Office systems and organization Operational oversight Training and process improvement Helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: ✅ Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping people ✅ Extremely organized and detail-oriented ✅ Able to multitask and switch between priorities without becoming overwhelmed ✅ Dependable and consistently punctual ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ✅ A strong communicator who works well with patients and coworkers ✅ Open to coaching, feedback, and personal growth ✅ Self-motivated and proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do ✅ Positive, solution-oriented, and a true team player Because no two days are exactly alike, this position is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and has strong systems for staying organized so that nothing falls through the cracks. Healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, customer service, hospitality, or office management experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
