The successful Office Manager will be highly efficient with the ability to multi-task, prepare standard procedures to support updates to processes, manage the facilities to ensure safety and a positive working environment, and coordinate vendors to deliver high quality services. Additional responsibilities for the Office Manager include the following: Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate offices in Oakland and Foster City. Supervise and provide direction to a small office services team. (2 people) Coordinate office moves, space planning, furniture installations, and workplace logistics. Manage office policies, procedures, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues, building management, and workplace concerns. Support leaders and employees onsite by ensuring a well-maintained, productive work environment. Coordinate workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness activities, and scheduled safety drills. Monitor and promote compliance with workplace safety and security standards. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including janitorial, maintenance, security, catering, and office supply partners. Track vendor performance, service agreements, and operational expenses. Assist with special projects, employee events, and workplace initiatives as needed. Position Requirements 5 years as an Office Manager Ability to manage service agreements and ensure vendors meet and exceed expectations. Strong knowledge of safety and emergency preparedness programs for facilities. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and work order software. Professional with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent customer service skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter, PST Compensation $41/hour to $46.00/hour
