Responsibilities Supervise daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining confidential information with precision and discretion Manage client communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries via multi-line phone systems and email Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate service delivery to support office needs Coordinate event planning activities such as meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to boost team engagement and client outreach Utilize financial software like QuickBooks to handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping accurately Supervise administrative staff, providing training & development opportunities while fostering a collaborative team environment Manage calendar schedules for executives and sales teams, ensuring efficient time management and meeting deadlines Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a sales or medical office setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with advanced spreadsheet skills for budgeting and reporting Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar financial tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and courteously Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals Skilled in event planning, vendor management, and handling confidential information with integrity Adept at schedule management, calendar coordination, and multitasking in fast-paced environments Knowledge of human resources functions including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training development Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, printers, and office hardware Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in bookkeeping, filing systems, and recordkeeping processes Join us as a Sales Office Manager where your energetic leadership will drive operational excellence!
