Our main headquarters is located in Garden Grove, California. What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Oversee office upkeep, including supplies, organization, including coordinating repairs and improvements Coordinate watch pick-ups and drop-offs, and log all polishes, repairs, and service updates. Maintain and track inventory—monitor what's been photographed, what's pending, and what needs attention. Handle shipment tracking and help customers resolve any issues with carriers like FedEx. Manage CRM tasks such as requesting Google/Yelp reviews post-sale or help nurture the sales pipeline by reconnecting with past leads. Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls—represent the brand professionally with new and existing clients. Support general problem-solving across operations—jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving. You'll be trained on everything—no watch experience required. What matters most is organization, reliability, and a proactive mindset. Qualifications Any experience in operations, office management, customer service, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and details at once. Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident on the phone and via text/email. Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and shipment tracking systems. Problem-solver mindset—able to handle issues independently and follow through. Detail-oriented and reliable—you don't let things slip through the cracks. Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction.
