Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Business travel arrangements Interpretation support Expense report processing Accompany Operations leadership on business trips (as needed) Help complete workplace incident reports and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence Notify Operations leadership of significant incidents, guest escalations, safety issues, or compliance concerns Assist with employee injury reporting as required and coordinate with management on follow-up documentation Understand the importance of communication and follow-through Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and operational information Organizational Skills Helps the Administrator maintain a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices Help management maintain neat and tidy front office and conference rooms Must be able to read. write, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, customers/guests, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must have patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm, and be able to handle difficult situations professionally. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace Carry out tasks and projects as directed by your supervisor/management to support daily operations and business needs. Perform all other duties, as assigned.Requirements:
1 to 5 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a legal, compliance, or office management setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing and email etiquette. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive approach and meet tight deadlines. High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong time management and follow-through; must be reliable and punctual.Qualifications:
