Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office/HR Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and human resources functions within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office activities, fostering a productive work environment, and managing personnel-related processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and administrative procedures. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. Oversee scheduling management for staff and executive calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events efficiently. Handle human resources responsibilities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing employee relations. Coordinate event planning activities for company functions, meetings, or community outreach initiatives. Develop and implement company health benefits programs by coordinating with insurance providers, managing enrollment processes, and serving as the main point of contact for employee benefits administration. Requirements Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting with demonstrated team management skills. Experience with event planning, vendor management, and calendar management tools. Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations. Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in office experience, clerical work, or administrative roles demonstrating versatility in office management tasks.
