Responsibilities:

Keep track of company software accounts and subscriptions Ensure accounts are active, funded, and functioning properly Organize internal company information and records Communicate with employees regarding schedules, timecards, and basic operational tasks Help monitor ongoing projects and administrative workflows Assist with general office and operational management tasks

Requirements:

Strong organization and communication skills Basic computer and internet/software experience Ability to stay on top of multiple small tasks and accounts Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented Previous office assistant, admin, or project coordination experience is a plus but not required
