Key Responsibilities Culture & Engagement:
Act as the heartbeat of the company. Plan team events, coordinate office lunches, champion vendor appreciation, and keep both in-office and remote teams connected and motivated.
Talent & Onboarding:
Lead full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and seamless onboarding/offboarding experiences.
HR & Compliance:
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and personnel records. Ensure strict compliance with California labor laws and maintain our employee handbook.
Employee Relations:
Support performance management, accountability, professional development, and conflict resolution.
Office Operations:
Oversee daily office operations and assist leadership with strategic process improvements and organizational development.
What We Are Looking For HR Experience:
4+ years of proven HR experience, with strong proficiency in payroll and California labor laws.
Industry Knowledge:
2+ years of Property Management experience is required. The "Culture Fit": A natural community-builder with high emotional intelligence who can engage both local and remote employees.
Tech-Savvy:
Strong technology and systems proficiency to optimize our daily operations.
