Job Description
Office Manager As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our office in Los Angeles. Your role will involve managing and supervising administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a professional and organized work environment. You will also handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Oversee budgeting and expense management for the office
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management team
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all office expenses and invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an office management role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and expense management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
$1700 per monthLocation:
