We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager / HR Manager to serve as our culture ambassador and HR leader, helping make our company the best place to work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting employees, and enjoys balancing HR leadership with office operations. What You'll Do Lead all HR functions for front and back office teams Manage employee relations, performance support, and HR compliance Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee records Run the full onboarding and offboarding process Support and engage remote and overseas employees Conduct employee check-ins and support KPI accountability Plan employee appreciation events, team activities, and culture-building initiatives Coordinate office operations and help keep daily business running smoothly Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and confidential employee information What We're Looking For 5+ years of HR and/or Office Management experience preferred Experience supporting remote and overseas teams required Knowledge of payroll, employee relations, benefits , and HR compliance Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, people-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Passion for culture-building and creating a positive employee experience Proficiency with HR systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office BS Degree Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Property Management Exp A MUST Why Join Us?
