Responsibilities Manage tuition accounts and payment plans for school families. Process and record tuition payments accurately and confidentially. Monitor account balances and follow up regarding outstanding tuition obligations. Assist families with tuition agreements, payment options, and account inquiries. Prepare financial and tuition reports. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies. Collaborate with the Admissions, Business Office, and Leadership team. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Qualifications Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tuition management, preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Armenian is a plus. What We Offer A welcoming and faith-filled work environment.
