Job Description

The Area Administrative Manager is responsible for managing the routine clerical and administrative operations of each office within the company region. This position may also devise and implement policies and procedures for the office staff for each office in the region of responsibility.

Essential Functions Directs the work of office employees within the region to ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines. Suggest updates to these items when necessary to resolve issues or potential issues.

Organizes and manages a recordkeeping system regarding inventory, personnel, customer contracts, supplies and other relevant information.

Compiles and presents reports to management, governmental agencies, and others when requested.

Verifies the accuracy of records pertaining to staff activities, such as payroll.

Collaborates with Human Resources to recruit, interview, and hire employees. Coordinate new hire orientation and training.

Properly train all employees and arrange for updated training to be provided when necessary.

Monitors and evaluates employee job performance. Provide coaching when necessary.

Generates work schedules, deadlines, and assignments for employees according to budgets and workloads.

Responds to emails in a timely and professional manner, referring to more complex conversations to the appropriate individuals when applicable.

Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Education & Essential Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role

Experience providing effective problem-resolution

Experience paying close attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
