Image Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, people-focused Office Manager to lead our orthodontic practice. This leadership role is responsible for building a high-performing team, driving practice growth through marketing initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who excels at developing people, creating accountability, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain exceptional employees. Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and address employee relations matters. Develop and execute internal and external marketing strategies to increase new patient growth and strengthen referral relationships. Coordinate community outreach, referral marketing, social media, and patient engagement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators, including new patient growth, team performance, and patient satisfaction. Ensure efficient daily operations and maintain compliance with office policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with doctors to achieve practice goals and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of management experience, preferably in an orthodontic or dental practice. Strong leadership, HR, and people management experience. Proven success in marketing and business development. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and create a positive workplace culture.
