Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will manage a variety of clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, and facilitate effective communication across departments. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment where everyone can thrive. Responsibilities Customer support, payroll and data reporting Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, transfer calls, and provide prompt customer support. Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms with precision. Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all office records. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for creating reports, presentations, and correspondence. Support office management functions including supply inventory, maintenance requests, and general administrative support such as copying, scanning, and mailing. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and basic computer literacy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage busy front desk operations confidently.
