This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a firm understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. Responsibilities Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility Bookkeeping tasks using our ERP system, including data entry and basic financial record keeping Daily sending out customer invoices to clients and posting in ERP system Weekly collecting all payable bills and entering into ERP system Manage clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records Coordinate office management activities including organizing files, managing office equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical support and customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management with accuracy and efficiency Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with enthusiasm!
