This position requires strong office management experience, administrative leadership, systems oversight, organizational management, and the ability to effectively manage people, workflows, communications, and operational processes in a growing ministry environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically proficient, highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and experienced in leading administrative operations and personnel. This is not a receptionist-only role. The Office Manager will function as the operational backbone of the administrative office and support executive leadership with systems management, administrative oversight, workflow coordination, organization, and office operations. Essential Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows Manage and coordinate office personnel and administrative support staff Coordinate office communications, scheduling, and follow-up Maintain organized filing and records management systems Manage office technology systems and software coordination Ensure office operational efficiency and organization Coordinate administrative procedures and internal systems Monitor office supplies, purchasing, and vendor coordination Assist executive leadership with administrative support Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support ministry operational planning and execution Assist with onboarding and administrative support processes Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, and office logistics Help implement improved office systems and administrative processes Support leadership with administrative accountability and operational structure Required Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field Minimum 3-5 years office management or administrative operations experience Minimum 2 years experience managing people, teams, administrative staff, or operational workflows Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience managing office systems, workflows, and administrative processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational structure Ability to work independently, lead operations, and problem-solve effectively Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and administrative discretion Strong technology and administrative systems proficiency Preferred Experience Experience working within a church, ministry, nonprofit, or community organization Experience supporting executive leadership Experience implementing administrative systems and operational improvements Familiarity with scheduling systems, databases, communications systems, and office technology Ministry Note Regarding Qualifications Ontario Christian Center values experience, professionalism, organizational leadership, and operational excellence.
