Schedule:
Weekdays with some evenings/weekends for events Job Description Dance Dimensions is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Assistant Manager to support daily studio operations and grow into an Office Manager role. This position is ideal for someone with a performing arts background and strong organization and management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, kid friendly, people-centered environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily front desk and administrative operations
  • Support class scheduling, enrollment, and student rosters
  • Lead coordination of annual recital and studio events
  • Manage timelines, communication, and logistics
  • Provide high-level customer service to students and families
  • Manage tuition processing and parent accounts
  • Track payments and follow up on past-due balances
  • Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
  • Capture photos and videos for studio marketing
  • Assist in supervising and training front desk staff
  • Support enrollment and retention efforts
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
Preferred:
  • Performing arts background (dance, theater, music, or similar)
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience with billing or accounts receivable
