Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation Provide general administrative support to employees and leadership Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow Coordinate with departments to improve processes and communication Implement and maintain office systems and procedures Manage office facilities, including maintenance and vendor coordination Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation sessions Order business cards and assign desks, equipment, and workspace setup Support general Warranty-related administrative functions Support general HR-related administrative functions Process payroll accurately and on schedule while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Assist tracking invoices, payments, and vendor accounts Support cost control and purchasing processes Serve as a primary point of contact for office-related inquiries Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and vendors Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment Identify and resolve operational or administrative issues Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Paychex Flex, and general office systems Adaptability and flexibility with changing priorities
Education and Training Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience Required:
2-5 years of office management or administrative experience
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (e.g., office supplies, files) Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and handling documents Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based environment with moderate noise levels Frequent interaction with employees, management, clients, and vendors Fast-paced environment requiring frequent multitasking and attention to deadlines Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers Occasional interruptions and shifting priorities throughout the workday
