  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our hotel.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive outstanding service while managing front desk operations efficiently under the supervision of the General Manager. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality management.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest relations.
  • Manage night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor phone systems and ensure proper handling of incoming calls and messages.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency at the front desk.
  • Assist in managing the hotel's inventory of rooms and rates while maximizing occupancy. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a front desk or hotel management role, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
