Job Description

Our firm is currently looking for an experienced General Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and work independently and/or directly with the owner. In addition, this position will include light selling through existing contacts. This is achieved through creating marketing materials and sales strategies. In addition, we offer commission opportunity with exceptional earnings potential.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents per owner's request
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials
  • Assist in sales activities, including calling/emailing leads and contacts
  • Provide follow-up on existing leads and contacts
  • Provide administrative support
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience working in an office setting
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
