Business Office Assistant - Full-Time Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Business Office Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has prior experience in a business office or administrative role.

Pleasant Hill Post Acute Experience:
Prior business office, administrative, or healthcare office experience strongly preferred Responsibilities Assist with daily business office operations and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation Assist with data entry, scanning, filing, and processing paperwork Answer phones and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional manner Assist with billing, insurance, and other office-related duties as assigned Communicate with staff, residents, families, and outside vendors as needed Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information Provide general administrative support to the Business Office Manager and facility leadership Qualifications Prior business office or administrative experience is highly preferred Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Why Join Pleasant Hill Post Acute?
