Dealership Operations & Administration ManagerJob Summary We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Dealership Operations & Administration Manager to keep the administrative and logistical side of our dealership running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on paperwork, titles, registrations, deal files, funding, inventory administration, transportation, vendors, and general office operations . This position does not primarily involve vehicle sales, purchasing, or mechanical work. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, follows through, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Manage and organize vehicle deal files and paperwork. Prepare and track title, registration, DMV, and tag paperwork. Track missing documents, titles, lien releases, and registrations. Submit and follow up on lender/funding paperwork. Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and statuses. Coordinate vehicle transportation, towing, detailing, inspections, and outside vendors. Schedule and communicate with vendors and service providers. Organize invoices, receipts, deposits, and other accounting documentation. Maintain digital and physical dealership records. Update vehicle listings, pricing, photos, and inventory information. Track sold vehicles through completion of paperwork and registration. Maintain keys and vehicle documentation. Assist with employee paperwork and general office administration. Create and maintain daily/weekly operational reports. Identify problems, follow up with the appropriate people, and make sure tasks are completed. What We're Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Reliable with excellent follow-through. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers, vendors, lenders, and government offices. Strong computer, email, and spreadsheet skills. Able to work independently and take initiative. Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Dealership/automotive experience is preferred but not required . DMV/title, accounting, logistics, office management, or operations experience is a plus. Bilingual/multilingual is a plus. The Goal Your job is to make sure the dealership's paperwork, logistics, and administrative processes are handled correctly and on time , allowing ownership and the sales team to focus on selling and growing the business. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
