This role is essential in ensuring that our customer interactions are handled efficiently while maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to manage data entry tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner by either email or phone. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information entered into our systems. Liaise with suppliers for order replenishment Assist with Amazon
FBA & FBM.
Assist in processing orders Utilize Excel for data management and data entry. Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on data entry and customer service. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry. Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
