Reporting directly to the President, the Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of our corporate office, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and in a way that supports the entire team's ability to do their best work. This role requires a highly organized, hands-on self-starter who operates with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and follow-through. You will manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and light administrative support for the executive leadership team all while keeping the office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an experienced office manager who takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise, solving problems independently, and keeping the office running like clockwork. You are calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented—able to juggle competing priorities, vendors, and last-minute requests without missing a beat. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy being the person everyone can count on to get things done. This position functions as the go-to point of contact for all things office-related, supporting the President, the broader team, and visitors alike, and ensuring the workplace reflects the company's culture and values. This role is based in our corporate office in downtown San Diego and requires in-office presence five days per week. 9-5pm- minimum

An incredibly positive attitude and strong desire to run an office for several years High Integrity and trustworthiness High energy and curiosity 5+ years of previous experience in an office management, administrative, or operations support role. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Skills/Traits Anticipate high-volume or high-pressure days and proactively coordinate logistics (meals, materials, room setup) to keep things running smoothly. Demonstrate a strong understanding of cross-department needs to anticipate office and operational requirements. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable managing multiple vendors, projects, and priorities at once. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to office operations. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing organization. Basic project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Prior experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur) preferred.Physical Demands:

Compensation & Benefits:
Target salary: $93,000- $100,000 per year (final offer based on experience).
