You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the entire staff at our school to support front office needs, as well as develop meaningful relationships with students and families. Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care—physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both in and out of the classroom. • Provide superior customer service to students, parents, and staff members
• Be proactive in responding to parent concerns
• Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and wait lists
• Maintain student and office files
• Assemble student packets, enrollment packets, and other materials as necessary This position is for our San Jose campus located at 1718 Andover Lane What We Are Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
