As the first point of contact for students, families, visitors, and staff, you will partner closely with the school leadership team to build meaningful relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and create experiences that reflect Stratford School's culture and values.   • Provide exceptional customer service by creating welcoming experiences and building positive relationships with students, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Respond proactively to questions and concerns by providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
  • Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and wait lists.
  • Maintain accurate student and office files.
  • Assemble student packets, enrollment packets, and other materials as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. This position is for our San Jose campus located at 5200 Dent Avenue What We Are Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
