Full Time Location:
Santa Clara, CA Fast Struct is a growing modular home manufacturer and steel fabrication company in Santa Clara. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and highly organized Office & Customer Relations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day office operations and customer communication. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position in a vibrant, energetic, and fast-paced environment. You will work from our brand-new offices and interact with homeowners, contractors, vendors, prospective customers, and high-end clients. Fast Struct is growing rapidly, making this an exciting time to join the team, take on increasing responsibility, and build a strong career as the company continues to expand. What You'll Do Manage the front office and daily administrative operations Welcome customers, visitors, and vendors Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries Follow up with prospective leads and existing customers Make outbound calls to prospective customers Qualify leads and schedule consultations and appointments Support proposals, contracts, and customer documentation Handle invoicing, billing, deposits, and payment follow-up Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Keep customer and project records organized Help improve office processes as the company grows What We're Looking For 3+ years of relevant office administration, customer service, or sales support experience Previous experience in construction, homebuilding, or manufacturing companies is required. Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Professional and positive customer-facing attitude Please send your resume along with a short introduction describing your relevant experience
