Job Description
We are looking for an office manager who will work from our office and manage customers and staff. We need someone to supervise customer list and schedule work to be done for each job. As the jobs are being completed they will be contacting insurance companies to ensure payments are being made. They will need to have good organizational skills and be able to communicate well with customers and staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reviewing customer list daily and then scheduling with staff what needs to be completed for each job.
- Contacting customers frequently to ensure their satisfaction.
- Will work closely with owner and job supervisor on making sure each job is being done correctly and on time.
- Answer phone calls and call vendors when needed
- Contacting insurance carriers for approvals and payments
