This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting clinical and surgical teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care behind the scenes. What You'll Do Lead Financial Operations with Confidence Oversee daily financial workflows including deposits, payments, and account reconciliation Partner closely with the billing team on insurance payments, audits, and EOB review Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoice processing Track reimbursements, patient refunds, and support financial planning initiatives Be the Bridge Between Business & Healthcare Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and staff to support daily operations Serve as a trusted resource for problem-solving and process improvement Step in to support front office or clinical workflow when needed Drive Compliance & Accreditation Excellence Ensure the center remains compliant with regulatory standards (AAAHC, CMS, HIPAA) Lead accreditation preparation, reporting, and follow-up actions Manage facility permits, renewals, and required documentation Coordinate benchmarking and industry reporting to support growth and quality Oversee Insurance & Credentialing Manage insurance contracts, renewals, and payer relationships Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing for providers Maintain accurate and organized provider records and compliance files Support & Empower Your Team Assist coordination of hiring, onboarding, and employee file management Track and maintain staff certifications, licenses, and health requirements Assist the Administrator with performance evaluations and HR processes Help foster a positive, organized, and supportive workplace culture Own Operations & Facility Management Act as the Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards Coordinate building maintenance, equipment oversight, and vendor services Maintain readiness for inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness Turn Data into Insight Track surgical volume, specialty procedures, and provider utilization Maintain accurate records and generate reports for leadership review Support strategic planning through data tracking and forecasting Keep Everything Running Smoothly Prepare meeting materials and record key organizational updates Manage office communications, documentation, and daily coordination Support projects, vendor relationships, and operational needs Add a personal touch—helping create a positive environment for staff and patients alike What You Bring Experience in healthcare management (surgery experience preferred) Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Surgical procedures , and compliance Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills is a must Strong communication and leadership abilities Why You'll Love This Role Be a key leader in a mission-driven healthcare environment Work closely with physicians and a collaborative team Make a meaningful impact on patient care behind the scenes Opportunity to grow, innovate, and shape operations
