Front Office Manager - Dental Office Are you an experienced dental front office professional who takes pride in creating a friendly, welcoming, organized and efficient patient experience? We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and highly motivated Front Office Manager to join our growing dental practice.
Position:
Front Office Manager Dental Office | Full-Time What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience Preferred experience in dental assisting to help cover for short periods intermittently if needed during busy hours Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and patient communication Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, trustworthy, on time and detail-oriented Positive attitude with strong leadership abilities Ability to manage daily front office operations smoothly and efficiently Experience with dentrix preferred Responsibilities Be on time for daily work Maintain a professional, friendly and welcoming environment Oversee daily front office operations Manage patient scheduling and confirmations Present treatment plans to patients Collect payment following appointments Provide exceptional customer service to patients Verify insurance benefits , submit insurance claims Support the dental team with administrative coordination Be responsible for reaching out to patients for recall and overdue appointments Occasionally help with short intermittent back office duties like taking an xray or assisting in administering anesthesia if needed We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly team environment Stable, professional workplace Paid time off If you are motivated, dependable, and passionate about helping patients while keeping a dental office running efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
