Competitive salary based on experience + performance bonus potential About Us We are a boutique women's wellness and aesthetic medical practice in Santa Monica focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a calm, elevated, highly personalized environment. Our practice combines women's wellness, hormone optimization, gynecologic care, obstetric services, and aesthetic treatments in a modern luxury setting. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Practice Manager who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and capable of helping a fast-paced medical office operate smoothly and efficiently every day. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a boutique, patient-centered environment and enjoys creating systems, organization, accountability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and clinic flow Manage scheduling coordination for providers, procedures, and patients Supervise front office staff and maintain operational accountability Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through follow-up Maintain organization, cleanliness, and stocking of exam and treatment rooms Coordinate office supplies, inventory, vendors, and ordering Assist with workflow optimization and office efficiency systems Help maintain a calm, polished, hospitality-driven office atmosphere Troubleshoot operational issues professionally and proactively Support practice growth initiatives and operational improvements Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all patient interactions Qualifications 3+ years of medical office management or practice management experience preferred Experience in women's health, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, fertility, concierge medicine, wellness, or boutique healthcare strongly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven leadership and staff management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong follow-through Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with EMR systems, scheduling software, and operational systems Professional, polished, patient-centered demeanor Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and operationally minded Consistent, dependable, and proactive Calm under pressure Detail-oriented and systems-focused Warm, polished, and professional with patients and staff Motivated to grow long-term with an expanding practice Benefits Competitive compensation Growth opportunity within a growing boutique practice Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to help shape office systems and culture Potential performance-based bonus opportunities To Apply Please submit: Resume Brief cover note answering the following: What type of office environment do you thrive in?
